Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller with 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in areas such as mutual funds, stocks, and investment products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, explaining investment options, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote investment products including mutual funds, equities, and other financial instruments.

- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients to convert inquiries into business.

- Explain financial products clearly, addressing customer queries and helping them make informed investment decisions.

- Maintain and update the client database regularly.

- Assist the sales team in meeting targets by generating and qualifying leads.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.

- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred).

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling/sales in mutual funds, stock market, or investment advisory industry.

- Good understanding of financial products and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

- Ability to persuade and build strong relationships with clients.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
