Job Description
TIS LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Storage Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess storage requirements and develop storage strategies aligned with business needs
- Design and implement storage solutions, including storage area networks (SANs), network-attached storage (NAS), and cloud storage systems
- Configure and optimize storage infrastructure, including storage arrays, disk shelves, switches, and interconnects
- Monitor storage systems' performance, capacity, and availability to identify and address potential issues proactively
- Implement data backup and recovery strategies, including regular backups, data replication, and disaster recovery plans
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, firmware updates, and system patches on storage devices
- Troubleshoot storage-related issues, analyze system logs, and work with vendors or technical support teams to resolve complex problems
- Implement and enforce security measures and access controls to protect stored data
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate storage systems with servers, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of storage systems to ensure efficient and reliable data access
