Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IELTS Faculty to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students to achieve high bands in their IELTS exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online sessions for IELTS (Academic & General Training).
• Develop and deliver effective lesson plans focused on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Regularly assess student performance through mock tests and feedback sessions.
• Provide personalized mentoring and strategies to help students improve their scores.
• Maintain updated content, track progress, and adapt teaching methods as per student needs.
• Assist in creating study materials, worksheets, and practice papers.
• Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams for batch planning and scheduling.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (English or Education background preferred).
• Minimum band score of 7 in IELTS or equivalent proficiency.
• Prior experience in teaching IELTS/English language
• Excellent command over English (both written and spoken).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with both offline and online teaching formats.
