Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google
  Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Develop targeted audience segments and apply data-driven strategies to improve
  campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient spending.
• Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
• Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
  
• Skills & Requirements:
  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google advertising
  campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Campaigns, Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube
  Ads.
• Proficient in campaign tracking, analytics tools like Google Analytics, and pixel
  implementation.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to commit to a 2-year bond with Trafficomm
