HR Executive

Conduct end to end recruitment as per vacancies in organization, through various sources.
To prepare various HR related documents like HR policies of organization, job descriptions, SOPs, etc
This position is responsible for imbibing and inculcating the organization culture among the team through various activities.
Should be involved in entire training and appraisal processes in organization.
Maintain the discipline in organization and handling the grievances.
Keeping track of attendance and team record. Ensure smooth office operations and monitor timely completion of office related work.
Handle company compliance like PF, ESIC, etc.
