Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients through proactive lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align business development efforts.
- Reporting: Track and report on key business development metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and business development best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
