Job Description:

1. Design and Development: Expertise in the design of cookers and cookware, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
2. 2D Drawing Creation: Proficient in generating detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing processes.
3. System Compliance: Adherence to PMS and PDM systems for streamlined project management and documentation.
4. Timely Project Delivery: Ensuring all projects are delivered within stipulated timelines.
5. Documentation Preparation: Creating necessary documents for compliance with ISO, ISI, and PED standards.
6. Core Competencies:

• Commitment to time-bound delivery.
• Attention to detail and precision.

1. Preferred Skill Sets:

• Ability to conceptualize and develop designs based on inputs.
• Validation for tooling and mold feasibility.
• Knowledge of materials, including metals and plastics.
• Expertise in 2D drawings, GD&T, and prototype development.

1. Safety and Sustainability: Strong understanding of safety standards and environmental impact considerations in design.

Skills and Attributes:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience, particularly for designers at the Senior Executive level.
• Product Design Expertise: Proficiency in product design using 3D modelling software; SolidWorks is mandatory.
• Industry Focus:
• Experience in designing small kitchen appliances, cookers, or cookware is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in other domains will be considered, provided they demonstrate strong design knowledge and innovative thinking.
• Key Skills:
• Ability to develop designs from concepts and inputs.
• Validation of tooling and mold feasibility.
• Knowledge of materials (metals and plastics).
• Proficiency in 2D drawings, GD&T, prototype development, and related processes.
