Recruiter - BFSI

> Sourcing candidates from Colleges, heardhunting, tele calling, via job portals and all possible ways of getting candidates on Board.
> Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates.
> Maintain pipeline and consistently line up candidates on month on month basis.
> Regular interaction with college campus and ensure maximum number of candidates are being sourced.
> Able to building good rapport with the Training Placement Officer and Management of the Colleges in allotted area.
> Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of sales candidates as per the mandate shared by client.
> Present report on regular basis.
> Working knowledge in Banking domain and should be able explain to the candidates on banking procedures.
> Communicating the training fee details , followup collection of fee to be done.
