Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
- Support professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets and financial resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and lessons learned.
- Bachelors degree in a related field; preferably IT field PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a delivery-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
