We're Hiring : Senior Salesforce Consultant

Location : Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)

Experience : 5.5 - 7 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementations, deep knowledge of the platform's technical capabilities, and a consultative mindset for engaging directly with stakeholders and business users-particularly in the manufacturing domain.

In this role, you will lead project lifecycles from requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, and deployment, and ensure that solutions are aligned with both client goals and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development and consulting.

- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementation.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with integration platforms like Talend and working knowledge of API development and consumption.

- Deep understanding of manufacturing industry workflows and how to translate them into CRM solutions.

- Experience in CI/CD tools, deployment processes, and version control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to translate complex technical language into business terms.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred/Required) :

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Mandatory

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder - Preferred

- Any other Salesforce Cloud certification is a plus
