Job Description
- Plan and coordinate activities related to raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
- Conduct daily review meetings with Production and Purchase teams to monitor and align production schedules.
- Oversee overall production planning and execution within the organization.
- Assess production requirements based on plant capacity and defined specifications.
- Develop and communicate production schedules to relevant departments.
- Track production progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Identify schedule delays and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to production activities.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding any potential delays or disruptions.
- Collaborate in new product development and process enhancements.
- Ensure finished goods comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Address production-related issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management.
- Continuously evaluate existing production processes and recommend improvements.
