Job Profile:-

- Customer Delight Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

- Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:-

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Presenting our company & its products range to potential clients.

- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

- Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, in person visits etc

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

- Self-motivated, target oriented, results- driven, and enjoy working in a team environment etc.

Requirements:-

- 0.6 - 4 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Fast-learner & passionate for sales
