Job Description
3) Plan, enforce & Strengthen the effective implementation of ie ISO 45001, ISO 14001, WCM & other new initiatives etc.
4) Participation & monitor of relevant deptt Safety Subcommittee meetings.
5) Advice & coordinate for the purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
6) Inspection & checking quality of PPE for safe use and to force emphasise. 7) Effective positive motivation by directly interacting with HODs,Sec I/C, Engineers,Job Supervisors, Workmen & Contractors, Contractor s Supervisors and labours etc
8) Generate & review the reports and analysis of accidents, to pin point area of attack.
9) Feedback to Management ,Functional Heads, HODs & all concerned with monitoring of implementation of the given points.
11) Weekly safety audit and technical suggestion to rectify the abnormalities.
12) Implementation of Fire Safety Measures
To monitor Compliance of statutory requirements pertaining to Safety rules & regulations to enhance the image of the unit & keep it safe.
2) Plan, Arrange, Organise, coordinate & conduct inspections of Lifting Tools & Tackles and Pressure Vessels, Stability of Engineering constructions etc.
3) Arrange & coordinate departmental accident report & send to concern statutory authorities.
4) Plan, Organise & conduct Mock drill periodically for checking of On Site Emergency Plan (OSEP), Emergency Response Preparedness.
5) Plan,Arrange & Display Cautionary, Promotional & Instructional boards. etc.
6) Plan, Arrange, monitors & organises Workmen Compensation deposit to concerned statutory authorities
8) Maintain the statutory records.
9) Liaison with the factories directorate.

safety was good. spares consumstion and any breakdown manpower availability is good.
No work life balance. Engineers have more load. One engineer can handle somany equipments.
