Role Overview:

We are hiring a Category Manager to lead end-to-end ownership of a key vertical. This is a strategic role requiring strong experience in P&L management, revenue growth, GTM execution, and educator operations. You will also oversee category-specific YouTube channels and manage coordination with internal teams and BDEs (Business Development Executives).

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the entire P&L of the category, ensuring revenue growth and profitability

- Drive and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches and campaigns

- Coordinate with educators and BDEs to ensure content alignment, quality, and delivery

- Track and optimize key business metrics like enrollments, conversions, and viewership

- Manage and grow YouTube channels linked to your category - content planning, scheduling, and analytics

- Lead execution across marketing, operations, content, and sales functions for category success

- Conduct regular reporting, insights, and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in category management, revenue strategy, or business operations

- Strong understanding of P&L ownership, GTM execution, and team/stakeholder management

- Experience working closely with educators, sales/BDE teams, and digital marketing

- Proven ability to drive growth and manage cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication, data analysis, and execution skills

- Prior experience in EdTech or content platforms is a plus
