The laptops they give and the access they give if you need any tool or software to work better, they will provide it. They will always give salary on time and they are very clear in terms of money and salary.Read More

They expect you to work 15-16 hours in some cases and the higher ups will never see how hard you worked. Your leaders will forward your work to the Co-Founders and tell that they did it. Recognition, appraisals and appreciation is a big NO for them and the Co-Founders will belive their leaders as well. They will terminate an entire team just because they were bad at managing their finances. They will spend lakhs of rupees running stupid ads like ipl and doing useless events, but will never give you a good hike. Expect max. 7% hike to A+ performers. The HRs have no idea what they are doing. One of them is not even an HR and that person did they're graduation in some other field entirely, but became an HR of an entire business unit just because they were married to the COO They will ask you to come on time and will take attendance like a school, but when leaving time comes, they will taunt at you saying "So early you are leaving, guess you are not working so hard" They are bad at their finances and will ask the team to do the same mistakes again and again even though they not that it's not going to work No initiative in leaders and upper management is very oppressive. They will make groups and make it feel like Big Boss house drama instead of a team.Read More
