Job Description
State Head
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the overall Micro LAP business for the assigned state across all regions and branches.
- Develop and execute state-level strategies to achieve disbursement targets, portfolio growth, and profitability. .
- Monitor and maintain portfolio quality, ensuring low delinquency and controlled PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
- Conduct regular reviews with sales and credit teams to ensure healthy business flow and TAT adherence.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and collection teams to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with business goals.
- Onboard and activate new channels while enhancing productivity of existing ones.
- Conduct builder visits, APF initiatives, and partner meets to expand market presence.
- Drive cross-sell initiatives such as insurance, property insurance, and other financial products.
- Prepare and present business performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Required experience in Micro - LAP.
