Job Description
- To Ensure 100% adherence to Production plan while ensuring the defined SQPCDSM targets.
- Coordination with PPC team for daily production plan adherence to meet 100% on time delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Quality parameters across all shops.
- Ensure compliance on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, IR/PR, EHS etc.)
- Analysis of internal Quality issues wrt manufacturing and timely closure of QPR
- Analysis for downtime and improvement
- Productivity improvement in all shops as per Group norms
- Ensure standardized work documents as per SOP for Line balancing
- Provide support in recruitment, training and development of mfg teamR
