🛠️ Job Title: Senior Engineer PPC

📍 Location: TRMN, Neemrana, Rajasthan

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Order & Internal Production Planning
• Plan and schedule production as per customer demand, sales forecast, and internal capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
• Supplier Delivery & Stock Monitoring
• Track supplier schedules and incoming material to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor and manage safety stock, buffer stock, and just-in-time inventory.
• FIFO Implementation Parts & Finished Goods
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First In First Out) methodology across raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Conduct regular audits to avoid aging stock and quality issues.
• IATF System Audit, Documentation & Maintenance
• Prepare and maintain documents in line with IATF 16949 standards.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-conformities.
• Stock Management (Book vs Physical)
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile differences with book records.
• Analyze discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
• Production Efficiency & Reporting
• Monitor daily production output vs plan.
• Generate MIS reports and suggest improvements for higher operational efficiency.
• Change Management (ECN/PCN)
• Implement Engineering Change Notices and Product Change Notices in coordination with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing teams.

✅ Preferred Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering)
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Production Control, preferably in automotive sector or Toyota group companies.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and inventory tools.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 audit systems.
