Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure (18-25 yrs)

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager with 18+ years of experience in IT service delivery to lead and manage end-to-end service operations.

This role will encompass resource onboarding, people management, financial oversight, client reporting, service improvement, SLA compliance, and transition management.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies, and have expertise in budgeting, cost optimization, and driving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Service Delivery & Client Management: Ensure seamless service delivery in line with SLAs, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

- People & Resource Management: Lead the onboarding process, performance management, and professional development of team members.

- Financial Oversight: Oversee budget management, cost optimization, financial forecasting, and ensure project profitability.

- Transition Management: Manage the transition of services, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal disruption.

- IT Infrastructure Expertise: Apply foundational to advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, and IT infrastructure services to ensure service excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum of 18 years in IT service delivery, with proven leadership experience in managing large-scale service operations.

- Strong working knowledge of ITIL, SLA management, financial planning, and cost control principles.

- Demonstrated success in client engagement, stakeholder management, and leading service

transformation initiatives.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable.

- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
