eCommerce Associate (1-2 yrs)

Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Associate you will be responsible for owning end-to-end operations and growth on Quick Commerce platforms and online marketplaces. you'll support day-to-day operations across Quick Commerce and online marketplaces. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals excited about food, digital commerce, and learning in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage listings & inventory on Zepto, Blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon

- Ensure stock accuracy, pricing, and visibility

- Run & optimize ads (AMS, Sponsored Ads), manage promotions & discounts

- Track performance metrics (ROAS, ACoS), and improve returns

- Create dashboards for revenue, ad spends, conversions, etc.

- Collaborate with design, content, supply chain & platform teams

- Launch new products & explore new Q-commerce/D2C platforms

Qualifications :

- Education: Graduate from a Tier 1 institute (IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, DU-SRCC/LSR/Hansraj, Ashoka, etc.).

- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of work/internship experience in e-commerce, marketing, or operations

- Comfortable with Excel and learning new tools (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

- Strong interest in D2C brands, digital commerce, or performance marketing

- Self-starter with a 'figure-it-out' attitude and eagerness to learn

- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
