Role Overview:
As a Market Outreach & Liaison , you will engage directly with landowners, brokers, and other key stakeholders to source land deals. The role will involve conducting site visits, building relationships, and maintaining regional market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries for ongoing sourcing of land deals.
Site Visits & Assessment : Conduct in-depth site visits, evaluate land parcels, and gather relevant data for the investment and acquisition teams.
Negotiation Support : Assist in negotiations, ensuring that deal terms align with company goals and risk profiles.
Local Market Intelligence : Stay informed on local market dynamics, zoning regulations, and upcoming land development trends.
Report Preparation : Prepare reports on land deals, site assessments, and market conditions for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Regularly update and collaborate with land acquisition and investment teams to ensure deal progress.

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
