Position Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Information Technology Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying technology solutions to enhance business performance, solve operational challenges, and improve overall efficiency.

As an IT Consultant, you will analyze client requirements, design IT solutions, support implementation, and ensure alignment with business goals.

This role demands a strong understanding of emerging technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to assess IT needs, gather technical and business requirements, and understand organizational challenges.

- Conduct detailed system audits, risk assessments, and IT infrastructure evaluations.

- Provide expert advice on technology strategy, software and hardware solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

- Recommend customized IT solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Assist with or lead the deployment of new systems, upgrades, or integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to implement solutions efficiently.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

- Monitor project progress, conduct quality checks, and adjust strategies based on client feedback and evolving needs.

- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful user adoption.

- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for long-term improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 38 years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, or enterprise IT environments.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.

- Proficiency in system analysis, software implementation, and project lifecycle methodologies.

- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
