LabWare Consultant - LIMS (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Labware Consultant with strong experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Labware LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing laboratory processes, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of the Labware LIMS platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Labware LIMS in client environments, ensuring it aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

- Customize and configure the Labware LIMS system to support various laboratory operations, including sample management, test management, and data reporting.

- Integrate Labware LIMS with other enterprise systems (such as ERP, MES, and QMS) to create a seamless flow of data across systems.

- Optimize system performance to ensure the platform meets client requirements for speed, reliability, and functionality.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users of Labware LIMS, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges.

- Design and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users can maximize the value of Labware LIMS in their daily workflows.

- Ensure that Labware LIMS configurations meet industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO.

- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

- Develop custom reports and dashboards in Labware LIMS to meet client needs.

- Document system configurations, integration processes, and solutions for internal and client use.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience working with Labware LIMS.

- In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, data management, and compliance requirements.

- Strong experience in Labware LIMS configuration, customization, and integration with other

systems (e.g., ERP, QMS).

- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO.

- Proficiency in reporting and creating custom dashboards within Labware LIMS.

- Experience with Labware LIMS modules such as Sample Management, Test Management,

Instrument Integration, and Workflow Management.

- Experience with LIMS system integration and third-party applications.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices
