Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Platform (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Consultant to join our team and provide expertise in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and Kinaxis capabilities, along with strong consulting skills to deliver solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, ensuring the system meets business requirements.

- Provide guidance on configuring and customizing Kinaxis to optimize the solution for the

client's supply chain needs.

- Support system optimization efforts, including performance tuning, process optimization, and scaling.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that address specific business challenges using the Kinaxis platform.

- Provide recommendations on best practices for utilizing Kinaxis in areas such as demand

planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

- Deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the Kinaxis

platform effectively.

- Offer ongoing support to address issues, troubleshoot system performance, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Kinaxis with other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, etc.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

- Develop and maintain documentation for the implemented solutions, including

configurations, process workflows, and user manuals.

- Report on system performance, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Kinaxis Consultant or working with the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they are supported by Kinaxis

solutions.

- Ability to configure and optimize the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform for various business

needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement complex solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

- Experience with ERP systems and integration with Kinaxis (SAP, Oracle, etc.

- Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse or related supply chain management tools.

- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
