Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCP Consultant with strong domain knowledge and hands-on expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly in Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, and Global Order Promising. Prior experience with Oracle ASCP (R12) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCP implementations, including Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Replenishment Planning, and Global Order Promising.

- Support project teams during business process analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCP with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Costing, and Supply Chain Orchestration.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCP solutions.

- Configure and test business processes and Oracle Cloud applications to ensure proper functionality.

- Utilize Oracle Cloud tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting solutions to develop analytical insights.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, test plans, and user training materials.

- Act as the subject matter expert during client meetings and provide strategic advice on supply chain planning best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7- 10 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP or SCM systems, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud SCP.

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud modules : Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, Global Order Promising, and Production Scheduling.

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 ASCP is a strong advantage.

- Exposure to adjacent modules : Order Management, Shipping Execution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher.

- Proven track record as a functional lead on at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Oracle Supply Chain certifications preferred.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Supply Chain Planning modules is a plus.
