SAP CFIN Consultant (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP CFIN project delivery and support, with in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, and Asset Management modules.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in customer-facing roles and can work collaboratively in cross-cultural and agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the implementation and support of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and financial operations.

- Work closely with business users, consultants, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, configure solutions, and perform system integration.

- Provide hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, and Asset Management.

- Assist with data mapping, replication, and transformation in a CFIN landscape using tools like SLT, AIF, and MDG (if applicable).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data, financial postings, reconciliation, and replication errors between source systems and CFIN.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile project delivery settings to ensure timely and accurate solution rollouts.

- Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

- Maintain documentation of configuration, testing scenarios, and functional designs.

- Actively contribute to team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 35 years in IT and/or finance-related roles.

- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) project delivery or support

- Strong working knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Familiarity with financial replication tools and CFIN architecture is a strong plus.

- Exposure to integration scenarios with source systems is desirable.

- Previous experience working in customer-facing or consulting roles is preferred.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred
