Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Account Representatives
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for skill development
• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and expectations
• Account Management:Oversee the management of fleet accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping
• Monitor account activities, track vehicle usage, and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client requests and resolve issues
• Contract Negotiation and Renewals:Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize fleet management contracts
• Lead the renewal process for existing fleet accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze fleet data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports for clients and management, highlighting key performance indicators
• Compliance and Regulations:Ensure fleet operations comply with industry regulations and standards
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures
• Customer Training and Support:Provide training to fleet clients on our systems, processes, and any new features or services
• Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the fleet accounts department
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
