Telecaller and Real Estate Sales Manager -Kharadi | Pune

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Consultant/Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging potential customers through tele calling, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and USPs to generate interest.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
• Welcome and assist clients during their site visit and provide relevant project information.
• Regular follow-up with leads to convert them into walk-ins and closures.
• Maintain and update lead tracker and CRM system regularly.
• Support the sales closure team with necessary inputs and customer feedback.
• Remote working not available.

Preferred candidate profile

• Women candidates would be preferred.
• Candidate residing within 10 to 15 kms radius from office location would be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and regional language (Hindi & Marathi)
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekly Off will be on Monday or Tuesday (Friday, Saturday, Sunday would be working)
