Position: Account Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Oversight & Data Integrity:

- Collect, organize, and manage essential client data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization for effective account oversight.

- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of client account information through meticulous data management practices.

- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues within client accounts, implementing necessary adjustments and ensuring adherence to relevant internal guidelines and external standards.

- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts and associated data to confirm all information is current and consistent.

Customer Support & Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring clear, timely, and empathetic communication.

- Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term connections with your portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide guidance on operational processes and reporting.

- Proactively communicate with clients to address potential roadblocks and facilitate the smooth progression of their work.

Problem Solving & Ownership:

- Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement within client accounts and provide effective solutions to contribute to their operational success.

- Take full ownership of client satisfaction, ensuring a high quality of service delivery and a positive client experience.

Key Skills:

- Strong account management and client relationship building skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of client satisfaction.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with an eye for detail.
