Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including application tracking systems (ATS) like Fieldglass or similar tools.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in US IT recruitment to improve sourcing strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment management.
  
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using ATS software like Fieldglass or similar tools; knowledge of other relevant platforms an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment; flexible schedule required.
