Senior Software Engineer - Java Full Stack Development (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed application development both on-premises and in the cloud, with a focus on microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

- Implement and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities proactively.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and TDD practices.

- Work within Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software.

- Engage in CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of software engineering experience in Java/JEE application development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and JavaScript.

- Sound knowledge of UI frameworks like Angular.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful web services.

- Proficiency in unit testing tools such as JUnit.

- Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub.

- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Exposure to messaging systems such as MQ, Solace, or Kafka.

- Knowledge and implementation experience of CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) principles.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in the Healthcare or HLT domain.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Secure coding practices and compliance awareness.
