Job Description
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for creatingcourses and learning tacks within the LMS, using curated content provided byIDs/SMEs/Vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create LearningPlans/Curriculums, uploading SCORM/AICC Content as per the training need requirement.
- Editing and updating e-learning modules using ARTICULATE STORYLINE.
- Test SCORM content with Cloud.Scorm
- Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire)
- Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management,badges)
- Organizing and managing all courses, content, users, anddata within the LMS (Moodle).
- Investigate any issues with the LMS, document the issueworking with stakeholders, and liaison with the support teams to get to aresolution.
- Implement best practices, training guides and newprocesses for LMS (Moodle): Upload and test content (SCORM, documents, videos,learning assets etc)
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users in theLMS by troubleshooting and educating on the platform functionality.
Education level: Graduate
- Experience: Must have 3-5 Years of experience using andmanaging a Learning Management System (Moodle preferred)
- Experience in Articulate Storyline 360
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Online E-learning Courses deployment Pre, During &Post project work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-basedapplications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Good communication skills
- Good communication skills
