The mission of the foundation is excellent. The team is good and wanting to do good work. The use of technology is apt

Dislikes

The senior management is the worst in terms of creating a great culture. Focus on quantity over quality and real impact. Micro management and lack of trust. HR is also clueless and has no engagement with team
