Ticketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, exchange, and refund tickets via Amadeus
  
• Monitor and resolve global schedule changes, queue management, PNR updates
  
• Support international sales teams and travel agents with fare and routing queries
  
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and global partners for seamless service delivery
  
• Provide 24/7 support to overseas teams during night shift hours

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years in airline, travel, or reservation roles
  
• Proficient with Amadeus GDS, ideally certified or experienced in global workflows
  
• Flexible for rotational shift(24*7)
