Job Position Title: Manager (Level- M1, M2 , M3) -CLM (Contract and compliance) - Contract lifecycle Management-Bangalore.
Experience: 9 to 11 years' experience in implementing Source to Pay or Contract Management technologies
Location: Bangalore
Role:
Will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions for our customers. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the successful deployment of CLM systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, contract management, Source to Pay /Lead to Cash transformation, and software implementation
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
- Showcase product/solution concepts & offerings via presentations, demos and effective documentation
- Knowhow of the different CLM technologies in the market to share perspectives with the client
- Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting client demos and support with proposal creation
Project Management:
- Lead and manage CLM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
- Conduct regular status meetings with customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and met throughout the project.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Technical Implementation:
- Oversee the configuration and customization of CLM software to meet customer needs.
- Ensure data migration and integration with existing systems are performed accurately.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices and standards for CLM implementations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the solution meets customer expectations.
- Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
- Prepare post-implementation reports and conduct project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Experience in presales/sales/solution consulting
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
