Marketing Manager

Education: MBA (Premium Colleges Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Design yearly marketing strategy, break it into weekly activities and make sure your team is in line with the strategy.
2. Review yearly strategy every quarter in advance, keep the management posted on any changes to be noted. This should be justified with insight of marketing reports
3. Prepare yearly budget along with the yearly strategy
4. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
5. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal product managers and driving collaboration with creative and sales team
6. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
7. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
8. Test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
9. Work with the product managers creative team member, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
10. Manage Website content and updates
11. Track and analyse competitor s activities and fine tune strategies
12. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
13. Ensure success of your team members in achieving their targets
