Job Summary :
The IAM Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams (including technical, functional, and client resources) to achieve project objectives.
You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Your strong leadership, technical acumen in IAM, and excellent communication skills will be key to navigating challenges and driving successful project outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Definition : Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Execution & Monitoring : Lead and oversee the execution of IAM implementation and support projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage dependencies.
- Team Leadership & Coordination : Provide strong leadership to cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, developers, and QA.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners.
- Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status, risks, and issues clearly and concisely.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Resource Management : Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Provide regular, accurate project updates to all relevant parties.
- Process Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and delivery processes within the Delivery Services department.
- Client Relationship : Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding IAM project strategies and solutions.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred) : PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
Experience :
- 10 to 12 years of overall experience in IT project management.
- At least 6 years of dedicated project management experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or closely related IT security projects (e., Privileged Access Management, Directory Services, Authentication/Authorization systems).
Key Skills :
- Project Management Expertise : Proven ability to manage complex IT projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- IAM Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Directory Services (LDAP, AD), and API security.
- Familiarity with any leading IAM platform (e., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID) is a significant advantage.
- Leadership & Team Management : Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, from project teams to senior executives and clients.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive and analytical problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivering tangible results and overcoming project obstacles.
- Tools Proficiency : Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Methodologies : Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Client Focus : Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Proven ability to manage expectations and foster collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders
