Job Summary :

- We are looking for a skilled CSDM (Common Service Data Model) Specialist with 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the CSDM framework to ensure accurate and efficient data management across IT services.

Key Responsibilities :

- CSDM Implementation : Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within ServiceNow to ensure consistent and accurate data across IT services.

- Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize ServiceNow CSDM modules to meet organizational requirements and improve data management processes.

- Data Governanc e: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

- Integration : Integrate CSDM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.

- Reporting and Analytics : Generate and analyze reports on CSDM metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Incident and Problem Management : Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and problems related to CSDM, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

- Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CSDM implementation and management. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and CSDM.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in CSDM and ServiceNow.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow CSDM modules.

- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSDM.

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

- Knowledge of data management and governance principles.

- Familiarity with IT service management and operations.
