Senior Software Engineer

• Drive the architecture and design of modern user interfaces based on consumer design principles for next generation user interface platform
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code, work with the UX team
• Design and develop code with emphasis on quality, security, performance, scalability and automation of the testing
• Do technical analysis of new tools as part of the innovation
• User story and requirement analysis, estimate and plan implementation effort of features
• Responsible for software design and system architecture on medium and complex applications
• Conduct technical design reviews of UI and ensure reliability and performance
• Ensuring high performance and reusable code
• Perform technology research in order to solve concreate problems involve UI toolkits, frameworks and patterns
• Design entire technical architecture of UI portal framework along with pluggable modules.
• Perform closely with customers, product management, graphic designers plus usability experts to present compelling user experience.
• Ensure to advocate for user-centric research.
• Design to wide organization using strategic relationships, presentations and influence.
• Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces.
• Contribute to enhance design process.
• Optimize front-end code for peak performance
• Effectively communicate and implement technical standards
• Instantiate UI pattern library with artifacts that can be reused across products
• Passionate about writing semantic code and defining development standards

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience in modern web frameworks like React, NextJS, etc
• Sound Knowledge of JavaScript
• Working knowledge on Microfrontends
• Experience in defining best practices for design and development interactions
• Good understanding of server-side templating and CSS preprocessors
• Familiarity with Component-based architecture
• Working proficiency in User Experience design: interaction design, data visualization, layout, and information architecture.
• Experience developing multi-channel, mobile-responsive and mobile-adaptive UI
• Experience creating and maintaining a design language system or documented UI framework.
• Ability to set up, maintain, and update a UX design language system
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming, partial page refresh, DOM traversal and manipulation.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
