Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition : Identify and onboard new corporate clients across target industries for car rental and employee transportation services.
Relationship Management : Manage key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Revenue Generation : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through a strategic approach to lead generation and conversion.
Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policy.
Market Research : Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.
CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client data and sales activities using internal CRM tools; submit weekly/monthly reports.
Coordination : Work closely with operations and billing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
Client Feedback & Escalations : Regularly collect feedback and proactively address escalations for service improvement.
