Role Overview:
Were looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with deep experience in B2B sales, a proven ability to close corporate deals, and a strong existing network across the pharmaceutical companies.
You will play a key role in driving growth through strategic partnerships and enterprise sales, helping scale our impact and presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage an existing strong network of pharma company leaders and healthcare providers to accelerate deal flow and partnerships.
• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new pharmaceutical clients by leveraging your domain expertise and industry connections.
• Pitch WONDRx's unique technology platform to pharmaceutical clients for HCP engagement, sales transformation, and digital innovation.
• Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Product Managers and Business Unit Heads in pharmaceutical companies to drive adoption of our platform.
• Own and lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and relationship-building to negotiation, closure, and account management.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard pharmaceutical clients. Drive partnership opportunities that expand the reach and adoption of our tech solutions in B2B domain.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• Track, report, and optimize the sales funnel using data-driven insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements:
• 5-8 years of proven success in B2B sales or partnerships within Pharmaceutical, MedTech Communications Agencies, Continuing Medical Education (CME) Providers, Health Data & Analytics Platforms, Market Research Agencies working with Pharma, Digital Marketing or HCP Engagement Solutions for Pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.
• Has a ready-to-tap network of decision-makers in pharma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and consultative B2B sales approach. • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.
• Experience working in a health-tech SaaS or platform model is a strong advantage.
