Key Responsibilities. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery issues. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules. Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
