Position Objectives

• Is responsible for the entire process.

• Budget planning and maintenance with a constant focus on cost reduction, direct or indirect.
• Close interaction with customers to understand their needs and represent the organization.
• Understand and predict future business prospects with client.
• Study and analysis of all reports for managing and improving process and individual productivity.
• Bring in best practices from relevant industry or domain.
• Mentoring of team below.
• Ensuring high Morale level of all employees in the location.
• Ensure that all HR practices and implemented and adhered to.
