Job Description
- BE / B.Tech with Electronics and Communication (ECE)
- Hardware design experience with 16/32-bit Microcontrollers and Processors from vendors like Freescale, TI, Microchip, NXP etc
- Domain experience in Analog/Digital/ Mixed Signal, Defense, Industrial Control Systems, IoT and Automotive projects
- High-speed Interfaces like USB 3, Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe etc
- Memory Interfaces like DDR2/3/4, NAND, NOR etc
- Drawing schematic using tools like Orcad, Altium etc
- Reviewing PCB layout with tools like Allegro, Altium etc
- Good knowledge and Understanding of Different Power supply topologies, Power Budgeting for Designs
- Good in debugging and Troubleshooting, Familiarity with using an Oscilloscope (MSO), and other Lab tools
- Knowledge of Thermal Analysis, Signal Integrity/Power Integrity
- Experience in Guiding and closely working with PCB layout Engineers
- Perform component selection for obsolescence and value engineering programs
- Experience in providing detailed circuit analysis, tolerance analysis, FMEA, WCCA and manufacturing test plans for the circuits designed or modified
- Experience in Board Bring Up, Hardware validation
- Understanding of EMI EMC standards
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams like Software/Mechanical etc

Good training from a fresher level employee. Good environment for researching and new learnings.
- Skill development - Good
Very poor salary even for experienced employees. Accepted salaries during the recruitment will not be get after the joining. No allowances for extra hour works. Salary hikes are very poor.
