Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across the organization.
- We are looking for some who can recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar
positions. - Make cold calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities and encouraging them to apply.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Help manage job postings and applications on various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for role .
- Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to on boarding and recruitment documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates from within Chennai only apply.
- Candidates only available for full time internship for two months apply.
