ZEE - Search Engine Optimization Role (3-5 yrs)

What Youll Do:

- Drive Organic Traffic & Subscriptions: Own the growth of organic traffic and drive subscriptions through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

- Lead Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, conduct in-depth SEO analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.

- Conduct Keyword Analysis: Perform keyword research to identify content opportunities and ranking gaps. Execute competitive benchmarking and cross-channel analysis to define targeted keyword sets.

- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO-driven subscriptions using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4, Mixpanel, and more.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Tech, Content, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align SEO efforts with content launches and campaign objectives.

- Link Building: Monitor backlinks and domain authority. Conduct competitor backlink analysis and drive internal and external link-building initiatives. Evaluate link quality and implement outreach strategies.

- Technical SEO: Conduct detailed technical site audits (desktop and mobile) to identify issues related to indexing, AMP best practices, core web vitals, text-to-HTML ratio, broken links, etc., and recommend improvements.

- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with search engine algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.
