Position Title: Vice President/Principal/Partner/Managing Partner role

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai/Ahmedabad

Experience - 6 to 20 Years

Summary:

This role will play a leadership role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. You will be responsible for driving deal processes end-to-end, managing junior team members, and actively engaging with portfolio companies to deliver value creation and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Sourcing & Origination

- Develop and maintain relationships with investment bankers, advisors, entrepreneurs, and industry executives.

- Identify attractive investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy.

- Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.

2. Investment Evaluation & Execution

- Lead due diligence efforts (financial, legal, commercial, operational, etc.).

- Oversee valuation modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Prepare investment committee presentations and lead discussions.

- Negotiate terms and coordinate transaction structuring with legal and financial advisors.

3. Portfolio Management

- Serve as a board member or observer on portfolio companies.

- Work with management teams to monitor performance and implement value creation initiatives.

- Assist in strategic planning, capital structuring, and M&A of portfolio companies.

- Track KPIs and prepare internal/external reporting on portfolio performance.
