Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a hybrid work model. You will be a key player in the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass functionalities, integration capabilities (especially with SAP Ariba and S/4HANA), and a proven track record of successful full-cycle implementations. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, will be crucial for delivering high-quality solutions and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Fieldglass projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Hands-on configuration of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Worker Management (External Workforce), Services Procurement, and Assignment Management.

- Configure organizational structures, user roles and permissions, workflows, business rules, and approval processes within SAP Fieldglass.

- Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation.

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba (e.g., procurement processes, supplier management).

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA (e.g., finance, master data).

- Understand various integration methodologies and tools relevant to SAP ecosystems.

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Fieldglass solutions.

- Design and propose optimized processes within SAP Fieldglass to improve efficiency and compliance in contingent workforce and services procurement.

- Identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP Fieldglass configurations and integrations.

- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify, document, and resolve defects and issues.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP Fieldglass issues, including system configuration, data discrepancies, and integration failures.

- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.

- Collaborate with SAP support and other technical teams as needed.

- Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and explain solution designs.

- Maintain clear and concise project documentation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Fieldglass features, functionalities, and best practices.

- Share knowledge and expertise with team members.

- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and accelerators.

Required Skills :

- SAP Fieldglass Expertise : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation.

- Full-Cycle Implementations : Proven track record of at least 3 full-cycle SAP Fieldglass project implementations.

- SAP Ariba Integration : Deep understanding and practical experience in integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba modules.

- SAP S/4HANA Integration : Strong understanding and practical experience in integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA functionalities.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

- Understanding of Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement Processes : Solid understanding of business processes related to managing external workers and procuring services.

- Testing Experience : Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.

- Documentation Skills : Ability to create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- SAP Fieldglass Certification.

- Experience with other SAP modules relevant to Fieldglass (MM, FI).

- Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques for SAP Fieldglass.

- Experience with reporting and analytics within SAP Fieldglass.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience in leading workshops and training sessions.

- Understanding of security and authorization concepts within SAP Fieldglass
