Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibility:

You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process of our Device Protection Plans
through offline retailers and service centers across India. Your primary responsibilities will
encompass:

Stakeholder Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Brand HQ Team, offline retailers, service

centers, promoters, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve sales targets.

• Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing enquiries, concerns, and

providing ongoing support.

Training:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for retail shop owners, service

center staff, and promoters on the features and benefits of our Device Protection Plans

• Ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our plans to end consumers.

Digital Engagement:

• Engaging with stakeholders through digital channels such as WhatsApp, emails, and telecalls to provide product information, support, and updates.
• Utilizing digital marketing tools to create awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement

with our Device Protection Plans Promoter and Retail Shop Owner Engagement.

• Collaborating with promoters and retail shop owners to enhance mindshare and promote the

benefits of our Device Protection Plans to consumers.

Reporting:

• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, training sessions, stakeholder interactions,

and other relevant data using CRM software.
