AI Programmer - Java/Python (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Assist in the development, training, and testing of machine learning models.

- Support the implementation of LLMs and AI agents under guidance from senior team members.

- Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation tasks.

- Write clean, modular code to support AI pipelines and data workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven features.

- Stay updated with trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

- Document code, experiments, and model performance for team use and knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or final year student/intern).

- Strong foundation in Java, Python, and familiarity with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Basic understanding of LLMs and their applications (e. g., chatbots, text classification, summarization), OpenAI or Claude.

- Exposure to data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

- Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Academic or personal projects involving ML/AI or NLP.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Docker.

- Exposure to tools like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or vector databases.

- Participation in AI/ML competitions (e. g., Kaggle) or open-source contributions.
